Prior to starting construction there is a mountain of paperwork that must be filed in order to order material and begin work. Atalanta can manage this effort to ensure that the process runs smoothly and all project requirements are met. Atalanta provides:
- Review of all project submittals for conformance to project specifications.
- Tracking of all required submittals.
- Management and expediting of the required project submittals from all subcontractors and vendors to ensure schedules are maintained.
Project Execution
During the construction phase of a project, there is a heavy requirement on keeping all of the iformation organized and flowing from your client to you and then to your subcontractors and the field crew. Atalanta provides Project Engineering to ensure that this flow will be efficient. Since we are not focused on other aspects of the project, we can focus on ensuring your team's documentation is up to date and meets the project's requirements. Atalanta provides:
- Software and management of document control system for managing drawings and specifications.
- Software to manage the RFI process.
- Management of past due and unanswered RFIs.
- Management, logging, and storage of daily records including review for completeness.
Post Construction
Project closeout delays can keep your company from getting final payment from your customer. Atalanta provides:
- Review of all closeout documentation for conformance to project specifications.
- Tracking of all required O&M and as-built information.
- Management and expediting of the required closeout documentation from all subcontractors and vendors to ensure schedules are maintained.
